Android Apps Terms of Service
Provider and scope
These Terms of Service cover the Android apps listed below, published by Task Venture Capital GmbH, Eickedorfer Vorweide 24, 28879 Grasberg, Germany. The company is registered with Amtsgericht Bremen under HRB 35230 HB. Contact us at hello@task.vc or +49 4208 893989 0.
Task Venture Capital GmbH acts as a trader when publishing these apps. These terms concern our provision of the apps. A separate service operator, account provider or supplier may have its own terms for a service you choose to connect. These terms do not make Task Venture Capital GmbH the operator of a service run by another person or organization.
Using the apps
You may install and use the apps for their intended functions in accordance with applicable law, these terms and the software licences supplied with the app. Connect only to accounts, devices, networks, workspaces and services that you are authorized to access or administer.
Do not use the apps to gain unauthorized access, distribute unlawful content, misuse another person's credentials or interfere with the security or operation of systems. Keep your device and account credentials secure and use the available revocation controls if a device or credential is lost or compromised.
Connected services and accounts
Features that use a server, controller, identity provider or other connected service require that service to be available and your account to have the required permissions. The app does not itself grant access to a service or make a service available.
Our apps can be used with services operated by different organizations. Check the operator and service address before connecting. Uninstalling an app or removing a local connection does not by itself terminate a separate service agreement, revoke server access or delete server records. Use the relevant account controls or contact that service's operator.
Prices and separate purchases
These terms do not themselves create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Any paid app, subscription, connected service or third-party purchase is subject to the price, payment, renewal and cancellation information presented for that specific offer before you order it. Installing an app does not cancel an existing purchase or subscription.
Software licences and your content
Open-source components and other third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licences and notices supplied with the app. These terms do not reduce rights granted to you by those licences.
You retain the rights you hold in content you enter, upload or export. Only submit content that you are entitled to use. Review outputs before relying on them or sharing them, including generated text, company data and financial records.
ShoppingList — app.shoppinglist.app
ShoppingList helps you maintain and share shopping lists. These terms apply to the Android app published by Task Venture Capital GmbH. Share list links only with the people you intend to give access to, and check changes made to shared lists. The app does not place an order with a retailer merely because you add an item to a list.
AGL — com.modelprofile.harness
AGL connects your Android device to an AGL controller. Pair only with a controller you trust and are authorized to use. Review messages, tool-permission requests and other actions before approving them. The controller operator determines which agents, AI providers, tools and workspaces are available.
bellini — io.bellini.app
bellini connects to publication workspaces for writing and review. Use only publications and organization workspaces you are authorized to access. Review generated and imported material for accuracy and the rights needed for its intended use before approving publication.
idp.global — global.idp.app
idp.global enrolls a passport device and presents account approvals and security alerts. Approve only requests you recognize and intend to authorize. Use the connected identity-provider account controls to revoke a lost or compromised device; deleting its local app data does not itself revoke server authorization.
invoice.bot — bot.invoice.app
invoice.bot provides invoice-vault and workflow functions. Keep credential material, recovery exports and invoice records secure, and use only supplier accounts you are authorized to access. A preview or disabled feature is not a promise that supplier-portal access, invoice retrieval or automation is available.
serve.zone — zone.serve.app
serve.zone connects to Cloudly instances. Access only instances and infrastructure information you are authorized to view. Treat workload logs and infrastructure details as information controlled by the instance operator. Removing an instance locally does not remove its workloads or terminate its services.
Skyglide — com.skyglide.app
Skyglide connects to a configured controller and network gateway. Use only networks and gateways you are authorized to use and review the selected routing before enabling a connection. The controller and gateway operators determine the available network service. A VPN connection does not itself guarantee anonymity or make otherwise unlawful activity lawful.
metadata.company — company.metadata.app
metadata.company provides access to company information held by a configured instance. Check the source, date and licence notices for records before using or redistributing them. Access to a record does not itself establish that it is current, complete or suitable for a particular decision.
nevermind.finance — finance.nevermind.app
nevermind.finance connects to financial-record and accounting workspaces. Use only records and organization workspaces you are authorized to access, and verify entries and calculations before relying on them. Access to the app does not itself grant access to a bank account or authorize a payment.
Privacy and deletion
The Android Apps Privacy Policy at https://legal.task.vc/privacy/android describes the eight connected or preview apps named in that policy. ShoppingList has its own privacy policy at https://shoppinglist.app/privacy. Consult the policy applicable to the app and the privacy information of any separate service operator you connect to.
For requests concerning personal data controlled by Task Venture Capital GmbH, contact privacy@task.vc. Do not include passwords, private keys or recovery secrets in a support or deletion request.
Your legal rights and contacting us
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. Any applicable rights concerning defective digital content or services, withdrawal, refunds and termination remain available under the law and the terms of the specific purchase.
